PD Dr. med. Alexander Kaltenborn, MHBA
Dr. Kaltenborn is the Founder and partner at KAMIQ Institute and Kaltenborn & Schrem, Partnership Company.
He studied medicine in Hannover (Germany), Zurich (Switzerland), and Dublin (Ireland). He holds a Medical Doctor degree, a Lean Six Sigma in Healthcare degree, both from Hannover Medical School, as well as a Master in Health Business Administration degree from the University of Nuremberg (Germany).
He is an active surgeon and staff officer in the Joint Medical Services of the German Armed Forces and clinical scientist with more than 70 publications in peer-reviewed scientific journals such as NATURE and SURGERY. He holds an assistant professorship in experimental surgery at Hannover Medical School, Germany, where he works on innovative methods in prognostic modeling and risk factor adjustment in medical deep tech.
In his career he was awarded several prestigious awards and was appointed Overseas Fellow of the Royal Society of Medicine, London.
Prof. Dr. med. Harald Schrem, MBA
Dr. Schrem is co-founder and partner at KAMIQ Institute and Kaltenborn & Schrem, Partnership Company.
He studied medicine at the Charité Berlin (Germany), received his Medical Doctor degree from Hannover Medical School and holds a Professorship in surgery from a large university medical centre in Austria. He is an active general, abdominal and transplant surgical consultant. He is further trained as TÜV-certified quality management auditor and received a Master of Business Administration degree from the Strayer University's Jack Welch Management Institute.
As a clinical scientist, he published over 100 peer-reviewed scientific papers in internationally renown journals and is a regular speaker at international congresses.
